Taking part in the Montreal Vogue and Ballroom scene, with tracks released on french and US labels (Boukan Records, Bel Air Sounds, Resources, Knightwerk Records) and in Montreal with the Moonshine collective and on Ghost Club Records, Jaymie Silk quickly made a name as a producer and a DJ. Mixing Bass and club Music, heavy percussions, afro rythms and his ethnic influences. his music is regularly played by other renowned artists such as Tony Quattro, Ana Sia, Tommy Kid, Distro, Tygapaw or Emily Dust
